...Some do. They might use it as an opportunity to celebrate it with family or friends. Have a party, eat some cake... It's the day you were given life, so why not live?
Others might not care, or even hate it, depending on how old they are. Everybody wants to grow up until they get to be grown up.
[Keisuke's not entirely sure how he himself feels about birthdays. They were certainly a bigger deal for him when he was a little kid and his parents played into the hype.]
