Hypothetically speaking. The closest examples I can come up with are enslaved people, or demons. Though they have conditions--contracts or otherwise--that keep them from acting freely, they still have free will in how they act out orders.

If there were to be a society without free will, it would be drastically different from any others, and so would be unique. Its customs and values would also be complex.
